I initially thought that the Tutelage bit about torches lit by the wizard's small flame lasing twice as long was too OP, but I think you balanced it well with the crippling fear in darkness. Nicely done, and the layout is gorgeous.
There are definitely one or two where I was like “Is this too strong, or too harsh"? But I think it's kind of like rolling stats, sometimes you get too many 6's or too many 18's, and it's up to each player and GM to decide if it's worth a re-roll or to alter or to just let it fly and see what happens. And cheers! I was really happy with the layout.
